Time is flying by!

Missionaries over for dinner at our flat.
Time on the mission seems to just be flying by! We had all the missionaries over for dinner at our flat. We do get so attached to them, so it's sad to see them get transferred or return home after their mission is completed, but we are super excited for them as they are off to their new adventures. Good-bye to Sister Blain who is going home after serving very faithfully for 18 months! Also, a good-bye to Elder Conover and Sister Ngwetsheni who are transferring to Ireland. We will miss them all!

Today was super amazing. Stuart was asked to baptize Alaa and Arturs as well as confirm Peter. It was so cool to see William, who is a recent member of the church, baptize Peter. We love them all so much!
William, Peter, Alaa, Elder Barclay, Arturs, Stuart (Elder Gregory),
Elder Conover, Sisters Dunlop, Blain, Caldwell, Schmutz, and I

Last week our friend David was baptized. David is the best! One of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

We are staying busy on the mission for sure with lots of opportunities to teach with the missionaries, help with family history, teach our english class, do missionary flat inspections, etc. We are having lots of fun meeting people from all over the world.
Dinner with Franco and Sisters Millburn and Coleman from the Dumbarton Ward.

Dinner with John and Carol Collins in the Motherwell Ward. Super nice people that are friends with the Dickens who we know from our Alpine Cove Ward in Utah. Loci was the cutest and sweetest dog.

We got to meet Daisy from California and take her out to lunch in Edinburgh. Daisy is attending the University of Edinburgh and is super amazing.

It was so awesome to help William find some of his ancestors' names that he can take to the temple. He, along with other members of the ward, will be going to the Prestion Temple this week for their first visit to the temple!

Stuart and I put this IKEA dresser together for the sister missionaries in Paisley. It was a bit of work for sure, but we did it and were super happy when we finished the job!

Totally random picture - who knew you could take a grocery cart down an escalator. Only in Scotland!

Fun visit to Dean Village in Edinburgh.

The Rosslyn Chapel was pretty incredible. If you haven't heard of it, look it up.
It's well worth the visit to see it.
